1983 one of the keystones of the Scotia package is superb
quality of manufacture of our products and a high quality
installation backed by our own service engineers. Our sales
team are based in our showrooms throughout Ayrshire, Lanarkshire
and Glasgow. We offer a free no obligation quotation service
which would involve a representative visiting your home
to offer advice on the styles and designs that would best
suit your requirements in line with current building regulations.
Our sales service is entirely free of charge and will include
a written proposal of your requirements.
Order registration
You will receive a written confirmation of your order which
will outline typical timescales for each part of the survey,
manufacture and installation process.
Survey
Our installation department will contact you to arrange a
mutually convenient time for our surveyor to call in order
that accurate manufacturing sizes for your new windows and
doors can be established. In addition our surveyor will make
detailed notes for your installation team to follow during
the course of the window installation.
Installation
On the day of your pre-arranged installation date our installation
teams will protect your home with dust sheets internally
and where required ground sheets externally. Our installation
process is audited and approved by B.S.I. (British Standards
Institute) so you can be assured of a high standard of workmanship.
Inspection
During the installation random inspections will be carried
out to ensure our installation standards are maintained.
Customer
liason
Our customer liason manager will call each day throughout
the installation period to ensure that you are completely
satisfied with all aspects of our service. Remember that
we are here to help and we are happy to handle any query
you may have, however small it may be.
Guarantee
All Scotia installations come complete with a 10 year
insurance protected guarantee covering both the product and
the installation. This guarantee will be issued once payment
has been received along with care and maintenance instructions
for your new products. We also supply you with a customer satisfaction
report which we would be obliged if you could complete along
with your opinions on the service we have provided. This feedback
is vitally important as it provides us with the opportunity
to adapt our business to suit our customers needs .
