Our sales team are based in showroom sites in Ayrshire, Glasgow and Lanarkshire. They will be delighted to visit your home where they can provide you with good advice about the best way to achieve your objectives with the extensive range of products we have available. This visit allows us to evaluate site conditions, access and advise you regarding the products that are most suitable for your home.

Order registration
You will receive written confirmation of your order, which will outline typical timescales for each part of the installation process.

Survey
We will organise a survey of your home in order that we can measure the materials required as well as planning how the installation should take place. Our surveyor will also check access to the installation area in order that it is completed within Health and Safety guidelines. A check will also be carried out to establish whether asbestos is present in your existing roofline.

Installation
Our survey department will provide you with a date for your installation to commence. Our joiners are fully supervised and regular inspections take place to ensure our high standards are maintained. Our installers will protect your home with ground sheets and do their utmost to keep your home tidy throughout the installation. Once your existing roofline products are removed we will check the condition of the timber, which will be used as fixings for our new fascia, soffits and bargeboards and within reason, where required minor repairs will be carried out to ensure that the fixings for your new products are sound. You can also take great confidence from the fact that Scotia are the first and only Scottish company to have British standards institute (B.S.I.) approval for the supply and installation of our roofline products.

Customer liason
In addition to random site visits from our installation manager our customer relations department will make contact with you by telephone throughout the installation and any concerns or queries will be highlighted to your installation manager to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final installation.

Installation / Product Guarantee
All of our fascias soffits and cladding are covered by a fully comprehensive 10 year guarantee covering the products and our workmanship. For complete peace of mind your guarantee is also insurance protected.
