Doors : Permissions

Permissions

If you are planning to remove any brickwork from your home to fit a window, patio doors or double doors this work is likely to require approval from your local authority. In most cases a building warrant will be required and in some cases planning permission may be needed in conjunction with the building warrant.

Scotia employ their own architectural technicians and we would be delighted to quote for the work involved in preparing your application which includes a survey, preparing drawings, providing a location plan and of course submitting the drawings to your local authority with the relevant fees.

Any queries resulting from your application will also be handled by our architectural technicians, until such times as your application is concluded.
