Although I\’m happy with the quality and finish of the doors, I am less impressed with some of the handling of the installation. The outside doors were the wrong way around and were therefore temporarily installed for 2 days before we got the right doors. This caused quite a bit of inconvenience as I had to take another day off work to be present. Additionally, the plaster work that was promised to us in order to fill in some gaps around the vestibule floor has still not been completed. I\’ve had to chase this up several times and still not heard back on a date for the plasterer to come. It\’s already been 2 weeks since installation so I am not impressed.

Mr Clark, sorry to hear of the issues which you have experienced and I’m glad that the matters relating to the installation of your doors has been rectified. Regarding the plaster work we do use a contractor for this work and we ask him to schedule the work direct with the client in order that we can work around shift patterns however this work can be weather dependant and this can cause a backlog due to cold weather or heavy rain however we do try to ensure that the work is scheduled in order- Thanks Scotia.
